Fab is an excellent and honest agent, and he becomes my good friend. I chose my current house based on his advise of location. He listened to my needs and provides me options. When we visited houses, he provided me honest opinions. If we visited a bad house, he told me directly, and I like he was being straight forward so I don’t waste my time there. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. During the buying process, he answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I need a lawyer, he introduced me a very good lawyer who he has been working with for years, and the lawyer also did an excellent job! When I needed an inspector, he introduced me a great one as well. But don’t misunderstand, he never pushed me to use his parters. He always tells me that it is my choice to use them or not. When we were in the repair credit negotiation, he helped me sort out each item from inspection report, priced them and draft the email to the lawyer. He is a very trustworthy guy and we are very happy working with him. Last but not least, we became good friends eventually. Yesterday, some of my light switches and outlets lost power, I called him for help and he came by. He spent his time, find the problem, climbed to my attic and fixed the problem.
